Mauro Murillo

Murillo was born in Coahuila, Mexico, and migrated to San Antonio, TX in 1995. During high school, he attended Say Si, a youth afterschool art program where he created art in mediums including aluminum, paper mache, graphite, and more. After graduating with an associate degree in Communication Design at San Antonio College in 2020, he focused on building an artist career. In 2021 he had his first solo exhibition titled ‘Personajes de México’, his work has been exhibited in San Antonio TX, Austin TX, Corpus Christi TX, Houston TX, Seattle WA, and Denver CO.
