Rene Limon
Born in Monterrey, NL, Mexico, I moved to San Antonio at the age of 12, where I have spent most of my life. My journey in art began at an early age, starting with drawing before I even attended school. By the age of seven, I began experimenting with clay modeling, and at 16, I honed my painting skills at the Guadalupe Arts Center. My artistic education continued at Texas State University, where I learned the intricate craft of bronze sculpture. Throughout the years, I’ve created numerous paintings for family and friends, with art always being a significant and enduring part of my life.
