Antonio (Tony) Garcia
Antonio (Tony) Garcia is a native of Brownsville, Texas. He received his Bachelor’s of Fine Arts from Texas A&M University Kingsville. In 2001 he graduated with a Master’s In Educational Administration. Tony has been teaching art for over 20 years in several surrounding school districts. His preferred medium is oil paint. After many years of practice, he has established himself as an artist that enjoys both realism and surrealism. His works express depth and bold colors that demand attention. With his works and style, Tony, has exhibited in Rochester and Hudson, New York. He’s has also been published in Art Quench Magazine from Los Angeles and has been a lead artist and curator of exhibits in San Antonio. In 2021, Tony was privileged to exhibit in Milan, Italy and Fuertaventura, Spain. As an artist, he continues to challenge himself with every work of art. As a teacher, he is constantly learning.
